I had a great experience at NH Bergamo, staying in room 106. The hotel is clean, modern, and has a great atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy their time in the city. A huge thank you to the housekeeping staff for keeping my room spotless every day. It was clear that they really care about their work, and I appreciated that attention to detail. Breakfast was also fantastic! Maryna, Bintou, and Sara were always so friendly and made the mornings feel bright and welcoming. Their cheerful service really made my stay feel special. Location and price wise more convenient than sleeping close to the airport at the same brad hotel and having to take a taxi to get to /from the airport. It's literally 6minutes walk from the train station (there you can save another little bit by traveling by train from Milan central) and less than 5 mins from the public bus airport (the first one in the morning allows you to be there at 4.50am). I got an upgraded room, with huge bath tub and all comfort.

The hotel gave us an upgrade on the room when they learnt that we had cancelled a booking in October 2024 at the last minute (my partner had to attend our local hospital A&E on the morning of the flight) resulting in us not proceeding with the trip, thus losing all our money for accomodation and flights. The location of this hotel is really good, close to the train station and the bus (line 1) which you can use to get from and to the airport, but also towards Bergamo Alta, so it's very convenient. There are lots of eateries nearby and also a supermarket. The hotel staff is friendly and kind. The hotel offers good breakfast. I liked the alarm in the shower. On the whole, my stay was enjoyable.

It was a really pleasant experience. The hotel does not have a restaurant, and it was pretty late when we got to the hotel, but the front desk agent kindly pointed us in the direction of some nice restaurants that were still open. We had some complimentary cookies waiting for us in the room and a personalized message, which lifted our spirits after a long day on the road. The room was very nice and clean, we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Awesome breakfast. Both my husband and I found what we liked in the available options.

I liked everything.The hotel was very good,clean and quiet.The staff was nice and helpful.You can reach the hotel very easily from outside Orio al Serio Airport you take the bus that takes you just in front of the Bergamo Station and then it's just 5 minutes walk up to the hotel.You can explore both Bergamo bassa and Bergamo Alta by bus,cable car(the antique one )All in all I had a nice stay in Bergamo.😊
