Location and price wise more convenient than sleeping close to the airport at the same brad hotel and having to take a taxi to get to /from the airport. It's literally 6minutes walk from the train station (there you can save another little bit by traveling by train from Milan central) and less than 5 mins from the public bus airport (the first one in the morning allows you to be there at 4.50am). I got an upgraded room, with huge bath tub and all comfort.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect – the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel gave us an upgrade on the room when they learnt that we had cancelled a booking in October 2024 at the last minute (my partner had to attend our local hospital A&E on the morning of the flight) resulting in us not proceeding with the trip, thus losing all our money for accomodation and flights. Andrea on reception was excellent

The location of this hotel is really good, close to the train station and the bus (line 1) which you can use to get from and to the airport, but also towards Bergamo Alta, so it's very convenient. There are lots of eateries nearby and also a supermarket. The hotel staff is friendly and kind. The hotel offers good breakfast. I liked the alarm in the shower. On the whole, my stay was enjoyable.

It was a really pleasant experience. The hotel does not have a restaurant, and it was pretty late when we got to the hotel, but the front desk agent kindly pointed us in the direction of some nice restaurants that were still open. We had some complimentary cookies waiting for us in the room and a personalized message, which lifted our spirits after a long day on the road. The room was very nice and clean, we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Awesome breakfast. Both my husband and I found what we liked in the available options.

I liked everything.The hotel was very good,clean and quiet.The staff was nice and helpful.You can reach the hotel very easily from outside Orio al Serio Airport you take the bus that takes you just in front of the Bergamo Station and then it's just 5 minutes walk up to the hotel.You can explore both Bergamo bassa and Bergamo Alta by bus,cable car(the antique one )All in all I had a nice stay in Bergamo.😊

The position of the hotel is very good, close to the tourist attractions, the room was good and the cleanliness is excellent, the staff was very friendly and gave us useful information about what else we can visit nearby Bergamo and how, such as Lake Como and Iseo...

Modern hotel great breakfast with lots of choice.Good location for the railway station and bus stops.Also close to the lower town centre of Bergamo and nearby restaurants.

1) Very convenient location, close and easy access by foot to the train station and good neighborhood (Porta Nuova) with good restaurants nearby. Despite a not very glamourous facade and the entrance surprisingly hidden by the garage entrance, the interior of the hotel is actually very nice. 2) The professional, very nice and well customer-oriented staff at the reception. 3) Comfy double bed and nice bathroom (shower), the big balcony is a plus for the perspective of the room. 4) Good and varied breakfast buffet.
